Our Suites
Originally a pair of Grade II listed Victorian townhouses, New Holgate has been completely renovated and redesigned, to create a relaxing and welcoming haven in the stunning city of York.
With three different type of suites for you to choose from, including double, king and luxury suites, we have designed New Holgate, with everyone in mind (even your dogs)! All of our suites feature Hypnos beds, large flat screen TVs, locally sourced toiletries, and are filled with little luxuries to ensure that you can relax and enjoy the city of York in style
Check-in is available from 4pm, and check-outs are at 11am. We do provide luggage storage, so you're welcome to arrive ahead of check-in to drop your bags off and head out to explore York.
Our King Suites
Our stunning king suites are perfect for those looking for a spacious and contemporary space to relax in! Providing the perfect cosmopolitan escape, our king suites reside on the first floor, offering views overlooking our garden.
Our king suites offers space for up to four guests to enjoy, with a king-sized bed topped with a luxurious Hypnos mattress and a comfortable sofa bed that will sleep two guests.
Our elegant bathrooms feature sophisticated fixtures and fittings including a rainfall shower and locally sourced toiletries, for a spa-like experience.
Other benefits include free WiFi, a 55” Samsung Smart TV for your viewing entertainment, a kettle for the perfect York Coffee Emporium Coffee or tea and other treats.
Our Double Suites
Our smaller double suites are perfect for those looking for a cosy and comfortable space to retreat to, after exploring our stunning city.
Each of our double suites are individual in their designs and views! Some of them benefit from full weight windows, with gorgeous views of our front garden.
Each suite features a double bed topped with Hypnos mattress, a Samsung smart TV for your viewing entertainment, a kettle for the perfect York Coffee Emporium Coffee or tea and other treats. Our elegant bathrooms include a bath and/or shower, with locally sourced toiletries.
Sleeping from 2 to 4 people, sofa beds can be added to select suites to allow for additional guests. All of the double suites on our ground floor are dog friendly, so please feel free to bring your pooch along too!
Our Luxury Suites
Our luxury suites are the most spacious of our rooms, offering an all-encompassing luxury experience, perfect for couples or families – and you can bring your dog too!
Perfectly-designed with style and space in mind, they include a sophisticated living room with a Samsung 65” Smart TV and your very own pantry stocked with snacks and York Coffee Emporium tea, coffee, and hot chocolate – perfect for a family movie night!
The living room also features a comfortable sofa bed for two guests, so it can sleep up to 6 guests.
The elegant bedroom and bathroom features sophisticated fixtures and fittings including a luxurious Hypnos mattress, an elegant, spa-like experience of a rainfall shower and locally sourced toiletries. Free Wi-Fi is also included.
