We’ve hand-picked and sourced our food and drink from local producers, growers and high-quality suppliers across Yorkshire, creating menus which celebrate the tastes and flavours of the region, whilst supporting the local economy, cutting food miles, and reducing the hotel’s carbon footprint at the same time. We work with the best, to create the best.  As champions of The Yorkshire Mark, we’re committed to supporting collaboration, growth, and truly celebrating our region’s talented food and drink businesses.
