CANCELLATION POLICY
The Uniform Conditions for the Hospitality Industry (UVH) apply to all reservations. The UVH are binding on everyone who uses our services.
In case of cancellation of your reservation, this is only possible by e-mail: receptie@hoteloranjestaete.nl. For reservations with us, you can cancel free of charge until 12:00 on the day of arrival. If you cancel after this time, you will be charged for the first night of your reservation.
For stays of 5 days or longer (working week), different conditions apply. You can ask our front desk team about this.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
The company works with a number of conditions for a pleasant stay in our Apparthotel:
Smoking policy
All studios, apartments and public areas are non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed on the terraces and balconies.
Pets
Pets are not allowed with us.
Wheelchairs
Unfortunately, our Apparthotel is not wheelchair friendly, as there are stairs and thresholds throughout the building, in combination with the classic elements in the building. There is also no elevator.
Use of Soft Drugs, Hard Drugs or Narcotics
The use of soft drugs, hard drugs or narcotics is not allowed in our hotel.
REGISTRATION WITH THE MUNICIPALITY
We only offer our guests who have booked a Longstay 1 to 6 months the opportunity to register at our address. All this under the condition that you also take care of the deregistration of our address upon departure. For verification, we may ask for proof of registration and deregistration. This also for the administrative act of, for example, remission of the payment of tourist tax.
NUISANCE
We ask you to respect the privacy of your fellow guests. We also ask you to be quiet between 22:00 and 7:00 in order to take into account the sleep of other guests.
VANDALISM
The damage to and theft of hotel furnishings or room inventory will be charged to the person who caused the damage or the person jointly and severally liable.

HEART OF THE CITY
Just a stone’s throw from the apartment hotel you will find the bustling shopping heart of Nijmegen, where large department stores and cosy boutiques alternate. Enjoy the lively restaurants, stroll through the city parks or dive into the rich culture of the city with a visit to the various museums. In addition, icons of the city, such as the Grote Markt, Plein 1944 (recently renovated with shops and eateries), Museum Het Valkhof and the Waalkade, are within walking distance. For a night out, you can go to the Schouwburg or De Vereniging for an inspiring performance.
AWAY IN NATURE
Looking for a little more peace and nature? Then Nijmegen also has plenty to offer! Explore the beautiful nature reserve Het Ooij, with its breathtaking cycling and walking routes. The Goffertpark, with its vast greenery, is easy to reach with one of our free bicycles. The region around Nijmegen offers a nice variety of picturesque villages, green polders and wooded areas between the hills, perfect for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle.
